PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE (THE “SITE”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1) WHO WE ARE

This Site is operated by Jodi Lewis For Georgia (the “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site provides information about the Campaign, opportunities to volunteer, donate, RSVP for events, request yard signs, contact the Campaign, and receive Campaign updates.

2) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3) PRIVACY

By using the Site, you consent to our information practices as described there.

4) ELIGIBILITY

The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using the Site, submitting any form, making a donation, requesting information, signing up to volunteer, or opting in to receive communications from the Campaign, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18), you may not use the Site or provide any personal information to the Campaign.

5) PERMITTED USE; PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems.

  • Interfere with Site operation, including by introducing malware, bots, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.

  • Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

  • Upload or submit content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringes another party’s rights.

We may suspend or block access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6) SITE CONTENT; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, page layouts, and design elements—is owned by the Campaign or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing links on social media.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Campaign names, slogans, and logos are Campaign trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7) USER SUBMISSIONS (CONTACT FORMS, RSVPS, VOLUNTEER FORMS)

If you submit information through the Site, such as a contact form, volunteer sign-up, event RSVP, or yard sign request, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • You will not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing.

We may use and store your submissions to respond to you, operate campaign activities, and comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8) EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in to receive emails from the Campaign, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

SMS/Text Messaging & Calls:
If you provide your telephone number and opt in, including by checking a consent box on our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from the Campaign. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may include campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, donation requests, and other campaign-related communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of donating, volunteering, or otherwise engaging with the Campaign.

By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9) DONATIONS

Donations made through this Site are processed by a third-party payment processor (ActBlue). Your payment details, such as card information, are collected and processed by ActBlue under its own terms and privacy practices. The Campaign may receive transaction confirmation and related details for compliance and recordkeeping.

Political contributions may be subject to legal restrictions, contribution limits, eligibility rules, and public reporting requirements. By donating, you represent that you are authorized to make the contribution under applicable law and that the information you provide is true and complete.

All donations are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by the Campaign. Questions about contributions may be submitted through the Contact section of the Site.

10) THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services, including donation processing and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CAMPAIGN AND ITS OFFICERS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE CAMPAIGN’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO USE THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Campaign and its officers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating
